Our house is conveniently close to University, LRT, Northland, Brentwood, and North Hill shopping centers, walking distance to C-train station, a few steps away from the bus, #19, 65 (to UofC), Safeway, North Hill malls just a few minutes away. It has great access to John Laurie Blvd, Crowchild, and 14th street and is only a 15 minute to the downtown core.

 

We have 3 rooms for rent. Each room is $500/month. These rooms are in the basement suite. The rent includes utilities (water, heat, electricity), the internet.

 

The room is fully furnished with a bed, bookshelf, lamp, table, and chair. Furnished common areas include the living room with TV (with Apple TV) and coffee table and sofa, in-suite laundry, full kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster...) All you need to do is pack your stuff and move in.

House rules: no smoking, no pet, no party, no drug, respect other tenants, keep the common area clean

 

Reference required, one year lease, $500 security deposit
